Maybe so? I have no idea what a meyer lemon looks like, I imagine that only people like Michael Chiarello do. But yeah, make those cookies, buy less (regular) lemons :)

Meyer lemons are the little thin-skinned ones with dark yellow pulp. Usually separate from the other lemons at the store.
